1. General

1.1 What is personal data

Personal data is information that discloses or can disclose the identity of the user. We adhere to the principle of data avoidance. As far as possible, no personal data is collected.

1.2 Handling of personal data

Personal data are used exclusively for the establishment of the contract, the content, implementation or execution of the contractual relationship (Art. 6 I p. 1 b GDPR).

The right to deletion does not exist insofar as your personal data are required to assert, exercise or defend our legal claims.
